More than a traditional youth organization, Dream Investment Academy combines the brotherhood and sisterhood of a youth club, the life-changing guidance of dedicated mentors, and the career-building opportunities of workforce development programs into one comprehensive pathway for success.

Every member is surrounded by caring mentors, life guidance counselors, leadership training, academic support, career exploration, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, financial education, volunteer service, and real-world opportunities that prepare them for adulthood with confidence and purpose.

We believe every young person deserves more than a safe place to spend time—they deserve a place to discover who they were created to become.

I’m Luchas H. Wright Jr., Founder and President of Dream Investment Academy. Dream Investment Academy was created to provide young people with opportunity, structure, guidance, and hope.

We believe every child deserves access to mentorship, education, career exposure, financial literacy, and positive environments that inspire growth and confidence.
